Through the years I have gone from a size 5 to a 20
plus size. I know I don't have to tell you how
embarrassing it is to go shopping with the girl
friends and realize I cannot even shop at the same
stores as they do. Bathing suits are a thing of the
past. Putting on the weight is a long slow process
that happens when we don't pay attention to what is
happening to out bodies.

Once you have gained alot of weight, it seems there
is no fast way of getting it off. I have tried one
diet after another and nothing seems to work. I guess
I just have to live with the new me.
